Day 46
Sunday was the first time I didn’t go for a 10 km run and I felt
a little guilty because of it. Instead of feeling remorse I decided to turn
that emotion into aggression and take it out on my punching bag. I highly recommend
anyone to attend a boxing or hit class. There’s nothing like kicking the crap
out of something to really clear your mind.
