Day 43
Thursday’s workout was a heavy one, I’m now on my mass
building phase so that means heavier weight and less reps. In order to maintain
my endurance however I must take caution not to ignore my cardio levels. Today’s
workout was a super set of chest and back, finishing with a challenging 25 minutes
on the stationary bike.
Today’s Workout
Warm-up
20 clap push-ups
1 rep max bench press
8 standard dumbbell press
10 upright row
8 inclined dumbbell press
8 downward row
8 declined dumbbell press
Repeated 4 times
25 minutes on Stationary bike medium tension
