Day 35
Day 35 was a bicep burn mixed with endurance running. I didn’t
get to work out as early as I intended to so alternatively I mixed my workout
with a personal training session with a couple. A Scottish mile consists of
running in single file around a soccer field with the person at the back of the
line sprinting to the front, the process
in repeated until the lap is complete. Because there was only the 3 of us I had
each of us separated 10 yards apart as we ran the miles.
