Day 42
I was absolutely wrecked on Wednesday from my final
challenge with WhollyFit so I decided to take it easy. Or so I thought, until
my girlfriend challenged me. Luckily, she’s a devoted yogi so I had the relief
of a long and comfortable stretch, Namaste everyone.
Today’s Workout
9 minutes of light skipping
20 rounds of boxing on heavy bag for 30 seconds
200 jumping jacks
20 minutes of Yoga
