Today
challenge was stair intervals at the University of Victoria. I was invited to play
touch rugby at with some friends and with centennial stadium being so close I decided
to do my challenge there. Stairs are an inexpensive way to improve your cardiovascular
endurance and can be accessed almost anywhere.
Friday’s Workout.
Warm-up
30 min
touch rugby at the Uvic turf
52 stairs
at Centennial Stadium.
Every 5 minutes’
alternating between:
1 step
bunny hops
2 steps
Sideways hand
on rails
Sprints
1 legged
jump
Total of -45 minutes
