With my exam approaching I often found my self in the libarary and as a result from the excessive sitting I have developed some lower back pain. Therefore I wanted to get a good stretch in my lower lumbar
are while strengthen my core. Today's workout is as following;
Warm-up
10 get out of beds
10 diamond pushups
10 wide arm pushups
Workout
30 crunches
30 jack knives
30 leg drops
Repeats 2x
30 divebomber pushups
30 med ball pushups
30 window wipers
Repeat 2x
1 hour of stretching
